"This is an AMAZING recipe. Made it twice for company and am up e-mailing t to 2 friends who LOVED it. That's how good it is. Two things I'd add: Make sure when cutting a brisket, you cut ACROSS the grain for tenderness and make sure the beer you use in the recipe is a STOUT beer as the recipe says. You can bank on this one ~ just follow the recipe and get ready to share it with friends.
