I wouldn't blame the recipe for how this dish turned out, but I had a lot of trouble with it straight from the beginning. I looked everywhere in the store for the wide Thai rice noodles and couldn't finde any, so I used Vermacelli thai rice noodles instead, which turned to mush and broke apart during the stirring so it was more like regular rice "
