Having never prepared "pulled pork" I was aprehensive to try. This recipe was easy to follow, and produced results beyond my fondest expectations. Flavorful, moist and tender. Convenient since I prepared it entirely within my kitchen without a 'smoker'. I also planned the 8-12 hour prep times of brining and oven baking to be spread out over night."
