Just excellent. Thank you, Giada, for a new treasure! I'm not used to cooking with fresh sage so I used 14 sage leaves of varying sizes, many small. It was delicious, but I won't be afraid to use more next time. I did only use 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, and that was fine for us--more would still have been good, but this gave a nice heat with"
