"WOW! This is the best spinach and artichoke dip yet!!! I'd give it 6 stars if I could:) I have to agree with all the other reviews you HAVE to add the red pepper flakes! It really makes it and adds a great flavor without it being too spicy. I did substitute yogurt (Dannon all natural plain nonfat) for the sour cream. I do that in all my recipes. A""
