So yummy! I made mine twice as big (2 T, and since my oven isn't working, I made the sauce in a large skillet, added the meatballs after they were browned, and simmered them with the lid on until they were done. Maybe 10 minutes or so? I also added a bit of extra water in there so they wouldn't stick. And I'd forgotten about needing to chill them,"
