Excellent dish! Very quick & easy to make. I cut the sauce in half (it was just the right amount for 1 lb of pork, used a bit of ground ginger since I didn't have any pickled or fresh, added a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and sprinkled sesame seeds over the dish before serving. The preserves I used were homemade (from a friend of mine)."
