I just made these few min ago..Wow! Really good. I didnt have all the ramekins & just used 2 soup mugs. I did overcook the eggs a bit (used 2 each) but Im trying to eat low-carb so not using bread. The one reviewer was correct about the eggs will "harden up" after putting the cheese on.
I used Italian sausage & threw in some fennel...
