Reviewed Grandma Hiers' Carrot Cake
"I love this recipe. My husband said it was the best carrot cake he had ever tried. I love that the recipe does not call for raisins (which I HATE). I made in a 9x13" pan instead of as a layer and it came out great. Had to adjust the cooking time a bit though. I will try the suggestion of another reviewer and reduce the sugar a bit to try to lighte"
