"I followed this recipe EXACTLY and it was an absolute disappointment to say the least! If you cut open a fresh jalapeno and smell it, that's exactly what the chicken tasted like. And it definitely needed some kind of sauce other than mayo. It was a disaster. The fried peppers were not worth the trouble as they added nothing to the sandwich. I"
