PLEASE FIX THE WRITTEN RECIPE! DOES ANYBODY FROM THE FOOD NETWORK READ THE REVIEWS? The video states "unsalted butter" the recipe states "butter" which I interpret as salted butter! The recipe states "cool for 10 minutes or until the temp reaches 130 degrees" The video says cool to 110 degrees! OMG!

This might be good for vegetarians. But for those of us who are carnivores and have experienced "true gumbos", this recipe just doesn't come close.

Canned black eyed peas were what the recipe called for NOT fresh black eyed peas. It's a good idea to read the recipe several times or else you'll be feeding the garbage disposal instead of yourself!

When I told my husband I was making an "Ina Dinner" he was very excited. This was a healthy recipe but intense seasoning/herbs have make up for missing "fats". The lentils were bland! Maybe more salt...??? The salmon was, as usual, the BEST! This was a rare occasion when we were underwhelmed. Sorry Ina :("

So easy and so delish! Used diet coke (our soda of choice) and 1/2 can of chipotles with adobo sauce. My hubby had it over leftover mashed potatoes. With cilantro, onions, cheese, and guacamole it's great for tacos, burritos, and quesadillas! Can't wait to make it again!""

OMG! The vegetables were delish but the topping...well it is totally amazing! There's just my hubbie and I so i will cut the recipe in half next time. The leftover topping is good on steak, lamp, and pork. I used the topping on a grilled veggie platter for a party and I was the Queen of the party! Thank You Tyler!"
