I made this tonight. It was SUPER easy and turned out absolutely wonderfully. The only thing is I didn't get a great Brie. It gushed open when cut into and was lovely! Everyone raved about it though.

I am currently making this....but I don't know how high to bake it at....it doesn't save over temp in the recipe nor does it on the puffed pastry...it just says cook at the temp your recipe calls for.
