About Me
I live on the west coast of Canada where the environment is one of my utmost concerns. The plight of animals of all kinds is at the top. I have a couple of little cockatiels that shower me with love and affection every day. I am disabled and feel at times like I am in prison because of the restrictions it places on me.

I am famous for a vegie dip I created a few months ago. It is just humus with sour cream, mayo, and some herbs and spices added.
My favourite restaurant is Chez Nicole.
