"This is a good sauce. But it is not as good as any of the masala sauces that I've eaten in Indian restaurants. I had very high hopes that this would be the best ever and I'm a little shocked this one the throwdown. Sadly, I'll be looking for another recipe.

"I had VERY high expectations for this dish and was a little let down. I've eaten and loved chicken tikka masala on virtually every indian buffet and indian restaurant that I go to. I had hoped that Bobby Flay's chicken tikka masala would be the best I've ever had. Well, it was good. But it wasn't as good as the chicken tikka masala from any of the Indian restaurants that I've been to. Something was missing and/or different. My wife thought this was the best dish ever but I had hoped for more. The basmati rice side dish was incredible. Sadly, I will be looking for another chicken tikka masala dish. I'm a little shocked that this dish beat Marianne's recipe.
