Outstanding recipe. I've made my turkeys this way for the past 5 years and it always gets rave reviews from my guests. If you follow the instructions step-by-step you'll be rewarded with a beautifully browned, crispy skin, moist turkey with excellent flavor. Guaranteed, your guests will praise your culinary prowess.
