"A fantastic cook's tip for all you hardworking kitchen goers out there: when you remove the giblets from your beautiful bird, I found that quickly hard frying (2 mins) the livers in olive oil with a little seasoning really got me through the cooking of this brilliant recipe! For the more indulgent out there, wash the delicate livers down with a glass of that vermouth/sherry you've been chilling :D
