Reviewed Asian Grilled Salmon
"I followed the recipe exactly, including the cooking time. I found by taking it off the grill when Ina says that it definitely needs time to 'sit and continue cooking' as the center is still a little shiny. This ensures, however that the fish isn't over cooked and is still very moist and tastey. The sauce does not overwhelm the taste of the salmon, but compliments it. As a lover of lemon on my fish, I wasn't even tempted to use lemon. This dish stands alone!! Nothing more is needed.
A few times I wasn't able to get salmon with the skin on. It came out ok, but falls apart more easily and it's much easier to over cook the meat. I've even used this with other varieties of fish, but salmon is still my favorite."
