“This chowder is one of our favorites. If made properly with good ingredients this soup comes out almost perfect.
I changed some things about this recipe just to make it more like a "chowder" instead of a soup.
1. Decrease chicken stock to 6 cups and add 2-3 chicken bullion cubes instead.
