"Awesome recipe! I was a little apprehensive about the sliminess of the glaze (reminded me of okra snot sauce from the peace corps, but after I took it out of the over, the fluids had been absorbed. I made this in a small round casserole dish and packed everything really tightly. I covered in with foil and baked it for 25 minutes, then uncovered it and cooked it for 5 more minutes. AWESOME! Thanks, Guy!
And I think you could use apple cider if you wanted to omit the whiskey.
