Reviewed rib dry rub

The flavor was wonderful but it was extremely salty. I had to scrape the rub off before eating them because of the salt. Next time I'll cut the salt back to 2 teaspoons.

This is pretty good, it's not my normal goulash but definitely good for a change. I did add 2 ribs of chopped celery, a can of corn, dash of Worcestershire sauce, about a 1 tsp. of oregano. Will definitely make again as it's nice to have something different every once in a while."

These were really good. Though I had a little difficulty getting the batter to stick where my fingers were. Ended up trying to hold them by the toothpicks while dipping, my injuries will heal. LOL! The left over batter made an excellent funnel cake too."
