Reviewed 'Ol No. 7 Yams
"I had these Yams in Paula's restaurant last month in Savanah and they were fantastic. I decided to give them a dry run for Thanksgiving. I made it over two days. I cooked the potatoes on day one and made the sauce and put them together. There did seem to be a lot of sauce so I reserved about a cup. I cooked them as directed (30 minutes). I did not serve them till the next day due to a sudden dinner engagement. The sauce had all been absorbed by the yams. I added the leftover cup and reheated. They were fabulous. I followed Paula's exact recipe quantities and would not change a thing!
