Reviewed Sweet and Spicy Short Rib Tacos

I cooked the onions and garlic on the stove and blended with the other ingredients. I cooked the meat separately in the oven and added the sauce after it was done. Served three 6 pound pork shoulder roasts with this sauce to a political candidates victory party on election night. Everyone loved it and I am still getting compliments.
