Reviewed Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

First, this is the best cinnamon roll recipe I've ever used, but I made a few changes:

1. Used a little over 3-1/4 cup of flour, plus a little more for dusting the board
2. Used two teaspoons of cinnamon
3. Red Star Yeast worked perfectly, even though I added it with the salt
4. Added 1/4 cup of raisins...

In my previous review I wrote:
4- Doubled the amount of cinnamon

I didn't double the amount in the recipe. I accidentally read it as teaspoons, so I used 2 teaspoons. Unless you LOVE cinnamon, 2 tablespoons is probably WAY too much.

This is by far the best cinnamon roll recipe I ever used. I love that the majority of the work is done the night before. My first batch was pretty good, but my second batch was phenomenal. These are the changes I made:
