Reviewed Meatloaf: Yes, Virginia There is a Great Meatloaf!

"I have used a recipe very similar to this one for many years and it is delicious!. This was a recipe that Peggy Brock put in our church cookbook. I tried it once and I was hooked."

Reviewed Paula Deen's It's Not Your Mamma's Banana Pudding Ice-Cream

"I made this recently and we all agreed it was awesome. It does make a very big dessert so make it when you need to serve a number of people. I will definitely make this again. Thanks Paula!

About Me

I like to read and I love collecting cookbooks. I still have my Betty Crocker cookie cookbook that I received as a gift nearly 50 years ago. I still use several recipes from that book. I like to cook, but I love baking and I'm always looking for new recipes to try. I also like watching high school & college basketball with my family. We will watch almost any game, but nothing compares to a Hoosier basketball game. We love our Hoosiers! We also like watching the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals! Gardening and yard work is also a favorite of mine.

Favorite Foods

I love to make chicken noodle soup, Beef Barbecue, Texas Sheet Cake and any kind of bread.

Request are for my Macaroni & Cheese, Carrot Cake, Friendship Bread, and a must have are my yeast rolls..

My favorite place to dine is Texas Roadhouse. It is nothing fancy, but it has great food and service is the best.
