"I agree with TW, this is a great dish. I couldn't find the peppers either, so I substituted with a smaller portion of scotch bonnet, less stem and seeds. Wonderful flavors and I have not been a fan of hominy, but it adds so much to this dish. On my favorite list for sure!"

"I tripled the recipe to make 3 pizzas, I was glad I had 3 -4oz cans of paste in the bowl when I added the 1 1/2 cups of water. It has to be a typo to add that much water. I found the consistency perfect when I added the olive oil. If I was making one pizza I think I would start with a third cup of water then add as desired. As far as taste I ad""
