Reviewed Smoked Paprika Chicken Thighs with Potato and Onion

"Using a mandoline, we cut the potatoes into slices using the second smallest gap on the blade so that the potatoes were only about an 1/8th inch thick at the most. I also mixed up the smoked paprika with a ratio of 2 and 2/3 tablespoons of smoked paprika and about 1 teaspoon of spicy smoked paprika to try and give it a little heat. Also instead "

"One more thing to add to my review below... The addition of the lemon zest with the green olives is sheer genius!!!"

Reviewed Grandma's Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

We made it exactly as specified, but did cut the veggies into much thicker chunks so they wouldn't disintegrate with the extended cooking time. It's delicious with the buttered noodles. My boyfriend would have preferred "

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"This was good stuff. We doubled the recipe, which may have been a mistake. For a family of four, I have more leftovers than I can handle.

The recipe was wonderful - a perfectly cheesy masterpiece. The onion and the panko crumbs added the right touch to this. I did add a little bit of shaved parmesan to the macaroni after placing it in the casserole dish before covering with the crumbs, mostly to get rid of it, I don't think it effected the taste much. We give this five stars. "
