Reviewed Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
"Excellent! Easy recipe, I used a high quality balsamic, as well as a high quality virgin olive oil, but added just a touch of brown sugar at the end to taste. Will be using this as my go to balsamic vinaigrette from now on! Thank You Emeril!!"
Reviewed Bistro-Style Short Ribs
"These short ribs turned out great! The only change I made from the original recipe is that I browned the meat in the same dutch oven pot that I cooked the whole meal in. I didn't use a separate grill. Cooked mine for 2 1/2 hours and turned out just right. I will definitely be making these again. Very easy recipe - once it's all in the pot and simm"
