Reviewed Rockin' Roast Pork Shoulder with Spanish Rice
"I didn't make the pork, but I did make the rice, and it was fabulous. I improvised, being I didn't have the pork, I sauteed 2 pieces of bacon in the pan. The taste was just like my friend who cooks Spanish Food all the time. The homemade sofrito was on the money!!! Very easy and tasty!!! My family loved it!!!"
