“Tasty! A new favorite! I was rushed for lunch before DH went to work.
I used a 14 oz. can of petit diced tomato, doubled the amount of peas, added no water, forgot fresh herbs and vinegar. Served over brown rice. But it was great! Added a bit of Greek yogurt. Yum.
Reheated it for my dinner and added vinegar and a bit of parsley...”

“Absolutely fabulous! Easy to make and I get to play with fire! I used brandy instead of cognac; why spend the money? Can't eat mushrooms, so I left them out. There is a great deal of liquid and it is so good we drank it as a soup. I make this about once a month, 6 or 7 times now. We love it!"”
