Reviewed Almost-Famous Corn Salsa
"Can you say; "Um, Um, GOOD"! This salsa is the bomb! I made it for my grown kids. They liked it so much, I had to double the recipe the next time. The taste is full bodied, but light and refreshing. I used fresh corn. It's a great change from, or addition to traditional tomato based salsa. Definitely a keeper."

"I've made this recipe twice, once to try it out and then again as a dish to share. I thought it was delicious and wanted to know what others thought. It was a big hit. Everyone asked for the recipe and said they preferred Cowboy Beans over the traditional baked beans. I'm making it again for the July 4th cookout."
