Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

This is a great recipe, easy to make and the bread is comforting, I especially like the idea to get rid of the overripe yucky bananas in my freezer.

One thing I would change is the amount of oil - as I uses liquid vegetable oil I would cut it down to 1/3 cup so it doesn't feel that wet.

This is a great recipe for simple flavor ( generally it tastes milky ), easy-to-get ingredients and great treat for family.

The only problem I met is : The aftertaste of the Baking Soda is quite strong..... But with a cup of tea or coffee it would get neglected.

It's quite sugary cookies and I like to bake it...

1. Too much Salt - ugh this is really salty... I'd suggest no more than 1 tsp Salt for 2 cups Flour

2. Too much Baking Soda - Cookie spread too much & become flat in the middle which means it would be hard to maintain the chewiness in the middle, my husband complained why it's so flat... so if prefer something thicker in the middle...

2. Lots Baking Soda - Cookie spread too much & become flat in the middle which means it would be hard to maintain the chewiness in the middle, my husband complained why it's so flat... so if prefer something thicker in...
