Reviewed garlic potato gratin

May 21, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was absolutely delicious and a nice change from the usual gratins containing milk and cheese. I didn't have the correct size non-stick skillet so used my 12" cast iron. Big mistake....difficult clean-up. Definitely need to use a non-stick or ceramic. Also I sliced the potatoes in the food processor and they were less than the 1/4" recommended...

Wonderful recipe enjoyed by the family. I followed the recipe exactly and only added raisins and a topping of 1/4 c. flour, 2/3 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 Tbs. soft butter & 1/3 cup chopped nuts.( NOTE: the topping is enough for 24 muffins). They were absolutely delicious. HOWEVER, there was left-over batter that could have filled a cou...

I wasn't sure how to rate it. It is a great concept that can be customized with your own flavorings and seasonings. The recipe as written was very bland even when doubling the amount of chives. I will definitely make again using different cheeses and perhaps some sauteed garlic, onions and different herbs. I refrigerated the mixture overnight...

Delicious!! The best scallops I've ever eaten. Like a previous viewer suggested, I removed the scallops before making the sauce. When the sauce was done returned scallops to pan and let them finish cooking. I cooked about 1/2 pound of scallops but made the full amount of sauce. It was perfect and husband (he's the scallop lover said the reci...

I buy whole boneless pork loins and grind half for recipes just like this one. These burgers are to die for. Didn't have bacon so just left it out and they were absolutely delicious. Second time making them I skipped the cheese (our preference), put them on a French Hamburger Bun (Publix Grocery Stores.) We like the green apple relish applied...

A great recipe with a few alterations. I cut back a little on the Apple Cider Vinegar and salt. However, the Rosemary flavor was overwhelming even after reducing it to 2 teaspoons. I will make it again but probably not use more than 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of fresh, minced Rosemary. The toasted almonds are a wonderful addition (I used more but would...
