Thank you Foodnetwork for Farmhouse Rules. Delightful and easy going hostess. This salad was delicious and easy to make. The dressing has an abundance of lemon and zest, perfectly matched with the Brussels and kale. I would roast the garlic to soften the flavor, and bring out more lemon. This will be a go to salad for family and friends. Super healthy!...

Roasting the corn increased the sweetness of the corn. Adding flour seemed unnecessary. Cream thickened it. Plus pulsing some of the corn added to thickening the overall end of the recipe. It was outstanding though. Parmesan was another added thickening agent, but improved the saltiness and enhanced the sweetness.

I enjoyed this recipe. I used a new york strip steak instead of tip steak. I marinated over night and the steak was tasty and tender. The garlic and ginger were the stars.
