These turned out PERFECT! I don't like shortening because of the transfats, so I froze a stick of butter and shredded it in the dry mix. My butter was salted, so I cut the salt to 1/2 teaspoon. After 15 minutes, my biscuits were not ready to take out of the oven, so I let them bake for another 8 minutes or so.""
