Fair, not great. Browning the meat first, which was not included in this recipe is a time consuming step, but well worth it. Also, this recipe did not include any wine--an ingredient that adds a ton of flavor. Anne Burrell's Braised Short Ribs are MUCH better, in my opinion.""
