About Me
I am the wife, mother & God Mother to C,C & T The Celiac Three. C, C & T stand for Christopher (husband), Christopher (God son), & Timothy (son). Our story began 5 years ago when our God son was diagnosed and little to our knowledge that my husband was also a celiac. He had been since he was young but never properly diagnosed. Our son timothy was born lactose intolerant and until very recently (2 weeks ago) we kept thinking he was sick due to a virus. But with him being under 2 we put him on the diet and his improvements have been dramatic. I am even gluten free without any allergies.
