My Activity

Reviewed Taco Potion #19

"Really good seasoning! I think it's just perfect like it is. Since I seen this recipe this is all I use to season the meat for my tacos."

Reviewed Not Your Mama's Green Bean Casserole

"Delicious casserole! My onions came out good. The temperature for the onions is too high, instead of 475 degrees bake them at 375 degrees. They will take a bit longer to cook but will not burn. Also, make sure you have a good pan too cook them in, like an Airbake, that will help out a lot; they will not burn but cook evenly. I added one tablespoon"

Reviewed Strawberry Shortcake

"I've made this several times already in the past year. I am finally reviewing it since I've never gotten to it but know that it deserves its positive review by now. It is delicious. This desert makes a perfect summer sweet treat. My whole family enjoys it and have asked me to do it again for them. It is definite worth making."

Reviewed Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork Sandwiches

"I only did the dry rub part and it was good. All the spices blend well together for a delicious bbq flavor. I purchased a six pound Boston butt and followed directions until I got to the sauce part. I did not do this recipe's sauce because I wanted for a long time to try the Neely's BBQ Sauce - and it was finger licking good. "

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas

"I am not a fan of enchiladas but some of my family members are. I decided to do it for them and I tell you they weren't bad. This is a good recipe for red sauce enchiladas. Reason I typed red sauce is because most enchiladas recipes have the green chile sauce (or verde sauce). Note: for the Mexican blend spice I mixed up Alton Brown's "Taco Potion"

Reviewed Double Chocolate and Espresso Cookies

"These are very rich and chocolatey. There is lots of chocolate in these babies. They were easy to make and will fill your home with the "baking goodness" scent."
