Reviewed Creamy Polenta
"Melissa is the smartest! I have tried polenta many times, but now I am a real fan. I've made this with some different ingredients, and as others have said, it's the technique that makes this crazy simple to make. Making it the way Melissa did was super good too. I'm going to throw some in the crock pot right now for dinner tonight!"

Reviewed Apple and Prune Stuffed Pork Loin
"I love the stuffing and the way it was inserted into the pork loin. The taste of the stuffing is so great I don't change a thing about it; and it looks so nice when cut, even more impressive than a pork roll because it looks so perfect. I like the stuffing so much I make extra and keep a "log" on hand in the freezer for the next time. I sometimes "

"You people that gave the recipe a bad rating because you couldn't see the recipe have completely ruined the function of rating recipes. There is a function on this site called, "contact us", this might be where these comments about the site might belong, you think, maybe??? Rating a recipe is for rating the RECIPE. Thank you for your inconsider"
Reviewed Smoked Gouda-Chorizo Jalapeno Poppers
"My friends and family love the stuffed jalapeno wrapped in bacon so I was worried about trying something new, but they loved this! We will definately put this recipe in our file of favorites.
I fixed the stuffing exactally as instructed, the only change I made was on the preparation. I stuffed the peppers the day before the gathering then stored mine on folded alumnim foil and covered. When I was ready to cook I just picked up the row of peppers on the foil, removed the cover and placed them on the barbecue.
Reviewed Baked Shrimp Scampi
"This is so simple to make, and the presentation is beautiful; very gourmet and impressive for such an easy to make shrimp dish. Maybe new cooks aren't able to adjust salt and butter measurements in proportion to the other ingredients, so watch for this and use your judgement. You can find this recipe a million places (shrimp scampi), but only this one looks so fancy, has directions for making ahead of time and is baked (without babysitting) in the oven.
Reviewed Conchiglie al Forno with Mushrooms and Radicchio
"I really like this recipe, it's so gourmet and unusual! I don't care for gorganzola or blue cheese, but made per recipe. The radicchio and gorganzola did compliment each other and I could appreciate the pairing with the mushroom and all the rest - I can see how a person could get used to this. If you take someone's recipe and change it all around, it's not the same recipe. Please try the recipe EXACTALLY and comment on that. I might change the gorganzola for swiss cheese next time, but this recipe did make enough of an impression for me to make a comment.
