Reviewed Roasted Yukon Potatoes with Rosemary

Jan 22, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This is a really easy recipe. You can use pretty much any spices you like. I had to bake the potatoes a few minutes longer to get them to have a little color. Overall, this is a decent, nice recipe, good for beginners.

This dish was great, very delicious and easy to make! Where I live, in Ohio, the Italian frying peppers are called Cubanels. I would not substitute and other type of pepper for this recipe because the peppers really tasted great with the sausage. I served this over white rice and it was perfect. "

Reviewed Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

I loved this recipe. It was so easy and tasted great. I used two bottles of beer, and omitted the celery because I don't like it. The only thing I did different is I left the cabbage in longer, about 45 minutes. 30 minutes didn't make it cooked enough for my taste. I thought this was a great recipe."
