Love love love this recipe! Plenty for a meal for 4 people. We make a salad with it and voila! Only thing I add is a link or 1/2 of a link of andouille sausage. I also use bacon instead of pancetta b/c I have it on hand all the time.

This is a great recipe! I modified by adding 3/4 cups of chicken, orzo pasta instead of pastina and increased the garlic to 3 cloves. My family LOVED it - my husband said it tasted like chicken parmesan :) Will make again. Quick, easy and delicious!

This gumbo was wonderful!!! It was very spicy so if you don't like spice, you may want to cut the cayenne in half. Also, was EXTREMELY salty. I wonder if they meant Tablespoon or teaspoon. I'm going to try and cut the salt in half next time, but this gumbo did have wonderful flavor, hence the 5 stars!"

This was very flavorful and easy! I made a few mods.....doubled the garlic, used slightly less than the full 1lb of pasta, increased the sausage by 1/2 link (used 2.5 links of spicy Italian sausage). I also added 1/2 cup of peas just for some crunch. Next time, I may even try a splash of white wine, but this recipe was great! Thanks, Food Netw...

He said he would eat these veggies everyday if they tasted like this! Since finding this recipe a month ago, my husband and I have made these veggies 3 times! We use...
