Reviewed Cajun Catfish Cakes with Remoulade
"Great recipe! I made some steps different for my convinience, though. I had sole (not catfish) and I cooked it for 15 min. in a 400 degree oven on cookie sheet with EVOO and topped with aluminum foil, instead of grilling. I also added fresh chopped parsley to the mixture. SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband wants me to cook this dish again this weekend when he's more relaxed and can enjoy it even more!!!"
