Great recipe! I made some steps different for my convinience, though. I had sole (not catfish) and I cooked it for 15 min. in a 400 degree oven on cookie sheet with EVOO and topped with aluminum foil, instead of grilling. I also added fresh chopped parsley to the mixture. SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband wants me to cook this dish again this weekend when...
