"This risotto recipe by far is my favorite. I absolutely love the flavor the Italian sausage and pancetta brings to this dish. Every time I make it it comes out delicious! You gotta try it with steak or beef tenderloin! I love it!

Reviewed Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Pepper and Black Olive Sauce
"This is the only recipe I use when I make beef tenderloin. It always comes out juicy and tasty. I love mine well done so I tweak the time and leave it in the oven for about an hour to an 1 1/2. I keep a close eye on them and turn the beef tenderloins and baste them several times.
The first time I made this I tried the roasted pepper and black olive sauce but it I didn't care for it. Since then I've just left it out. The beef tenderloins go great with risotto,

"This dinner was a hit. I followed the recipe and ingredients to a t. The only minor change was the size of the sirloin steaks. I made them somewhat smaller than what was noted. I will definitely make this again for the family!
