"I have made this recipe along with the stir fry from the magazine. It was great served with white rice and just as good the next day.
I am a 49 year old want to be chef. I have enjoyed cooking all my life and like to try new recipes. I am more of a baker than anything else. My husband and I own an Automotive Repair business and I often bake goodies to give to our customers and delivery drivers.
I to cook for my husband and 21 year old son and like to try new recipes I find in magazines and on cooking shows. I am more know for my baking than anything esle. As far as a favorite place to eat other than home, we have a local restaurant called The Diamond Spring Hotel that serves the best "Home Cooking" in the area!
