This is great! As many others suggest - you don't need all of the butter; I used about 1/4 of what the recipe called for. I also used walnuts (only because I was out of pecans) - they worked out great. I also used a little bit more salt in the topping.

Excellent. I didn't alter anything. You don't need to use 4 eggs - 2 would work.

Reviewed Pan-Roasted Chicken with Mushrooms and Rosemary

So simple, yet great depth of flavor. Chicken is very juicy. I used a skinless chicken breast - just what I had on hand - and it was wonderful. I served it over rice, which was perfect. But I've also served this with couscous, which is great (I think couscous soaks up more sauce). Very lean dish.

It seems like the creator of this recipe was looking for a citrus alternative to the traditional lemon. Unfortunately, grapefruit is overpowering and the fish w"

These are delicious - I used dried strawberries and golden raisins as my fruit. But I found them to be too sweet - it tasted more like a cookie than a granola bar. Next time I'm using less honey and brown sugar; I hope they still stick together."

Reviewed Super Lemony Lemon Squares

I've tried numerous recipes for lemon squares and this one is my favorite! I used Absolut Citron in place of the limoncello. The secret to intensifying a citrus dessert is the alcohol - I have a frozen key lime pie recipe that calls for Cointreau and it's absolutely amazing. "

Reviewed Grilled or Roasted Tofu Satay

Apr 20, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

Great recipe. I recommend roasting the tofu in the oven as opposed to grilling. The sauce is delicious, but, in my opinion, it needs a little kick - topping it with Sriracha was perfect.

Also, I made the mistake of serving this over rice - there wasn't any difference in texture between the tofu and the rice, and it was all mush....
