Hi I love Chopped and my favs are Alex, Ann and Alton. Oh and Ina is there too. I am a retired OR/ER Surgical Nurse and love to cook. I make all my own bread, pasta and baked goods. By the way to tell Emeril, chicken pot pie is not done with a crust here in PA, even though I am Apache Indian I make it the PA Dutch way, in a boiler! yes I am laughing. I still take care of very ill people at age 69 I am blessed with good health. Your channel is one of my favorites and always has been. Thank You for all you good work.
