"It may be tasty but please give your recipe the benefit of the doubt. The name of the dish would be enough for diners to even consider trying. And the recipe does not spoecify which type or style of chorizo is called for in the recipe. Not all chorizo is created equal. oh, i guess that's where the garbage part comes in. My bad...
