"As a very novice cook, I had some challenges with the preparation. The biggest challenge was dealing with such large patties of beef. As one other reviewer pointed out, they break apart easily when transferring to the pan and when flipping. "My wife and I ate at Dots Back Inn last night. She had an omelet (the entire menu is served all day) and I had the chicken pesto pasta.
