My Activity

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf- A.K.A 'Basic' Meat Loaf

"Everyone loved it. I didn't have all the ingredients so I used what I had on hand. I Added equal amount Italian bread crumb instead of instant oats, yellow bell pepper instead of green. And diced fresh tomato instead of canned."

Reviewed Biscuits

"The biscuit texter was soft but it didn't rise. The biscuits were 1" thick and dense. I am not happy with this outcome, however I am aware that mixing method, and oven temp. Does play an important role in it coming out correctly. With that I will make sure I'm not over mixing the dough ill try again soon."

Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Blue Cheese Slaw

"I made this for my husband and I and it was delicious. Only thing is use your own judgment on the amount of salt, 1 tablespoon is too much. I used Frank's buffalo sauce."

Reviewed Big Daddy's Spicy Beef Patty

"I think Aaron McCargo is a great chef. I think this recipe is good, but I had to not add the whole 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and reduce the salt of course. I don't know what crust is best, but the one I used was the Pillsbury pre-made crust. That one is not what I'm used to because I usually eat Jamaican beef patties. But its eatable still. Others suggested using filo dough its not a bad idea.

Reviewed Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

"Very good. I recommend when storing the prepared rolls overnight in a air-tight container to keep the moisture in the dough.

Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"After seasoned the meat, I let it sit over night with the onions to prevent it from being bland. I also added Worcestershire right before the sour cream. Only thing I would do differently is find a way to get the meat texture the way it supposed to be. The meat was a little too thick also. But the flavor was good.
