My Activity

Reviewed Chocolate Almond Milkshakes

"I didn't follow the recipe exactly because I didn't have any vanilla yogurt so I used vanilla ice cream instead, but everything else I kept as written. This was a great new twist on the classic chocolate milkshake. Very tasty and I'm sure my kids will love it as well. "

Reviewed Coconut Cupcakes

"One word - AMAZING!!!! I cut the recipe in half and used a 50/50 white/whole wheat flour blend. They were one of the best cupcakes I've ever had."

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus with Scrambled Eggs

"Really good!! It looked so good on TV I was dying to try it. I overcooked my asparagus a little and that was cooking them for just 10 minutes so next time I will start checking them around 7 minutes. I guess oven temps will vary. Eggs were the best I've made to date and I have friends who will only eat my eggs, so that's saying a lot. I usual"

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus

"Good but 25 minutes was way too long in my professional grade oven. Didn't think to check them til around 20 minutes and they were overcooked. Next time I will adjust it to 10-12 minutes. I used thick asaparagus - about 1 lb. Other than that, they were tasty. Add some garlic while cooking or parmesan cheese at the end for variety.
