"I've made this 2 or 3 times, never any leftovers. I'm writing this review now because DH asked for it again, and I panicked when I couldn't find the recipe, couldn't remember where I'd gotten it. Whew! Only change I make is more cilantro (no such thing as too much!, black beans, and once used ground sirloin. NUMMY!!"

"I've made this 4 or 5 times now, so I guess a review is in order. My husband comes from a farming family and was raised on comfort food. He loves meatloaf and has had many versions over the years. He has declared this to be "THE one." He will no longer accept any other versions. That's pretty high praise.
